We want you to LOVE your Jodi Rae Jewels! If for some reason you are not happy with your jewelry, please contact me and let me know what I can do to fix the issue. We will be happy to refund your money or exchange any item with which you are not completely satisfied. Please contact our customer service department at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. The item must be returned to Jodi Rae Designs in its original, unused condition within 7 days of the date received. Returns that arrive after 7 days will be eligible for credit only. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges. Jodi Rae Designs, LLC is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item is insured.

As all of Jodi Rae’s pieces are handmade, please allow 3-15 days for your order to be shipped. Wedding and bridal rings take 2-3 weeks and custom and special orders can sometimes take longer. You will be contacted within 3 business days of your order if there will be a delay. Your order will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will vary by destination, and value of shipment. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the U.S.

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Texas.
The craftsmanship on all Jodi Rae's Jewels is guaranteed. In the rare instance you have a problem with the fabrication of your piece, please contact me and I will be happy to fix it free of charge. Any other repairs will incur a small fee. Please be careful with your stones. I cannot guarantee damage to stones, but will do my best to repair or replace if possible. Shipping costs will apply.
Jodi Rae Designs, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping, so please insure all items.
Please make sure to give accurate sizing when ordering rings. I recommend stopping by your local jeweler to get sized. I am happy to re-size your ring for you for a $30+shipping. (In some cases it might be less)

We may occasionally contact you via email for special sales, promotions, and events.
