-An 8 piece minimum order is required for initial order

-Orders ship in 4-6 weeks. Shorter ship times may be available. Please inquire

-Order cancellations must be received in writing via email or mail within 7 days of placement

-Credit Card info taken at order placement and will be charged upon shipping. Net 30 applications available after 3-5 orders.

-In the event of damage in transit, please call or email immediately. A claim for damage during shipping, missing items, or lost      

  shipments must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. Defective goods will be repaired or replaced.

-Exchanges accepted for new merchandise with re-order within 1 year of purchase for up to 50% of new order

-All stones are hand selected. Because of the organic nature of stones, color, texture and size may vary
