Welcome to Jodi Rae Designs! I am an artist and jeweler who has been making and selling my own handcrafted designs since the age of 8. Throughout my career my art has become not just my passion, but also my life's work, and I am thrilled to be able to share it with you. Although at the age of eight my medium was primarily string and beads, I have spent the past few decades honing and developing my own versatile style of jewelry using sterling silver, 18- and 22-karat gold, semiprecious and precious gems, and many different kinds of minerals and stones. I have always been drawn to rare and unique stones in nature, and I pride myself on finding the most strikingly beautiful specimens to use in my jewelry. As a consequence, not only is each Jodi Rae design one-of-a-kind, but each piece has its own unique story. All of my pieces are hand-fabricated using techniques that include casting, stamping, forging, and various stone settings and surface techniques. The result is an ever-evolving line of jewelry that is high in quality and undeniable in its attention to detail. In fact, it is these details that I feel define my style; a style that many people over the years have described to me as edgy but classic, timeless and versatile.
