By making a purchase through Pay Pal on this site, you agree to the terms herein, and to the terms set forth by PayPal. Privacy Policy All information submitted to us via the Jodi Rae Designs website is kept strictly confidential. No customer related information is ever sold, or shared with anyone. We may occasionally contact you via email for special sales, promotions, and events. If you would like to be removed from our email list, simply follow the removal instructions at the bottom of the email. Return Policy We will be happy to refund your money or exchange any item with which you are not completely satisfied. Please contact our customer service department at 773-330-5222 to obtain a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. The item must be returned to Jodi Rae Designs in its original, unused condition within 7 days of the date received. Returns that arrive after 7 days will be eligible for credit only. Returns and exchanges do not include reimbursement of original shipping and handling charges. Jodi Rae Designs, LLC is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, so for your protection, please make sure the item is insured. Shipping Information As all of Jodi Rae’s pieces are handmade, please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to be shipped. In some cases, an order may take longer. You will be contacted within 2 business days of your order if there will be a delay. Your order will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will vary by destination, and value of shipment. Please contact us for shipping rates outside of the U.S. Sales Tax Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Illinois. Wholesale Orders Wholesale orders may be placed by calling Customer Service at 773-330-5222. A credit application must be completed, and a merchant ID is required to open a wholesale account. Please allow 5 business days to process the credit application. The lead time for all wholesale orders is 6 to 8 weeks. Jodi Rae Designs, LLC requires a 50% deposit on all wholesale orders at the time the order is placed. Payment in full is required within 2 weeks of receiving the invoice. There is a minimum order requirement of $750 for all wholesale orders. Repairs Jodi Rae is happy to repair any damaged item within 6 months of the date of purchase for no additional charge. After 6 months, repair service is available for a fee. Shipping costs will apply. Jodi Rae Designs, LLC is not responsible for items lost in shipping, so please insure all items.
